Keerai Poriyal is a side dish which everyone in my family likes...We get spinach, amaranthus,
gongura and murungai keerai(sometimes)....We make this when we have lots of keerai, since the volume reduces sooo much...It's a simple dish and also very healthy as u all know..I also make keerai sambar now a days...will post that soon...Till then try this and enjoy...

Ingredients

IngredientMeasurement
Spinach/Keerai1 bunch
Mustard1 tsp
Urad dal1 tsp

Dry red chilli1
Curry leaves1 sprig
