Ingredients

IngredientMeasurement
All purpose flour6 1/2 cups
Water2 1/4 cups
Yeast1 1/2 tsp
Sugar2 tblsp
Salt1 tblsp
Oil1tblsp
Sesame seed(optional)to sprinkle

Method
Take 2 1/4 cups of warm water..In a wide vessel, take the water and add yeast to it and dissolve...Then add the sugar and salt and dissolve them..

Add 3 cups of flour to the yeast mixture and blend it until smooth...Then add the remaining 3 1/2 cups of flour and mix roughly...

Cover it with a wet dish cloth and keep it in a warm place untill it doubles in size(say for 1 to 11/2 hours)..Take out and punch it down, Seperate it into 2 loaves and shape it as you wish..  and let it rise again for 1/2 hour or so..

Preheat oven to 375 F...Sprinkle with desired spices(I sprinkled sesame seeds, cumin and pepper).Bake at 375 F(190.5 C) for 30 minutes...Take out when you hear hollow sound when tapping the bread..Brush with oil so that it won't dry out..

Allow it to cool and then Slice as u wish and enjoy..
