Mysore pak is a favourite sweet of our family..we prefer soft type than the porous type ..like the krishna sweets one..I saw this recipe
here and tried..wow its so yummy...and the aroma fills the whole house...Do give a try and you will never regret for that...
Ingredients
Ingredient | Measurement |
Besan flour | 1/2 cup |
Sugar | 1/2 cup |
Ghee | 1/2 cup |
Milk | 1 tblsp

Method
Take 1/2 cup sugar and grind it as a fine powder..
Take besan flour and sieve it well, so that there are no lumps..
Take 1 spoon melted ghee in a microwave dish and microwave it for 1 minute(or till roasted smell of besan comes..take care not to burn)....keep roasted flour aside...In the same dish,take the remaining ghee..
In the ghee first mix the powdered sugar and then the roasted besan...make sure there are no lumps..Add a tblsp of milk to it..
Mix well and microwave for 1 minute...Take out and stir..Again after 1 minute take out and stir..

Finally microwave for 30 seconds and put them in an already greased dish...After 10 minutes, when its little bit warm,cut it in desired shapes...
