Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Apple and cinnamon is a classic combo and we like it a lot..So tried this combo in the pancake and it came out soo good..We can skip egg in this recipe ,since the apple puree gives a very soft and wonderful texture to this pancake...I'm preparing this for BM #57 under "Different Pancakes/ flatbreads"...I'm sending this to " Come join us for breakfast " event of cooking for all seasons...Do give a try and kids will like it for sure.
