Banana Chocolate Pancakes

Making kids eat their breakfast before going to school is a really tough job for any mom..So I usually try to add any fruit in the breakfast so that it suites the tastebuds of my boy,,This banana chocolate pancake has milk, egg, fruit everything ..so even sometimes he ate half of it, we are giving a somewhat fulfilling meal ( for him and me too)...You can add chocolate chips too instead of the cocoa powder to make it little moire interesting...I'm preparing this for BM #57 under "Different Pancakes/ flatbreads"...I'm sending this to " Come join us for breakfast " event of cooking for all seasons...Do give a try and enjoy..

Ingredients

IngredientMeasurement
    Pancake  mix
1/2 cup
Salt1 pinch
Sugar1 tblsp
Egg
Milk1/2 cup
Ripe Banana  1
Cocoa powder1 tsp
Baking powder1/2 tsp
Oil / Butter 1 tblsp

Method
In a bowl mix together pancake mix, salt, sugar, egg, milk, banana and cocoa powder..Mix well so that there are no lumps..Instead of cocoa powder you can use chocolate chips too..Add it at end and mix..

Heat a griddle and grease with butter and then pour pancakes..Cook on both sides and serve hot with syrup..
