The pala payaru sundal is a very helpful sundal when we forgot to soak the sundals previously..It has little bit of all the types of sundal and it will be a very different tasting sundal..This is a very fragrant sundal since we dry roast them and tastes awesome..While roasting take care not to burn any since it will spoil the taste..Do give a try to this different sundal this season and enjoy..

| Mochai/Avarai | 1/4 cup |
| Thattai Payaru/ Red Chori | 1/4 cup |
| Kollu Payaru / Horse Gram | 1/4 cup |
| Paasi Payaru / Green Gram | 1/4 cup |
| Urad dal | 1/4 cup |
| Coconut slices | 4 |
| Mustard | 1/2 tsp |
| Urad dal | 1/2 tsp |
| Curry leaves | 1sprig |
| Dry red chilli | 1 or 2 |
| Oil | 1 tsp |
| salt | as needed |
Method
Dry roast Peanut and mochai till fragrant..
Similarly dry roast thattai payaru, Paasi payaru, Kollu payaru and urad dal...
First pressure cook peanut and mochai for 2 whistles and switch off...Let the pressure settle and open the cooker and add the other payaru...
Pressure cook again for 3 whistles and in simmer for 5 minutes...In a pan, heat some oil and temper with mustard, urad dal and curry leaves...Add the boiled payaru and fry for a minute...
Add the ground coconut to it and fry for 2 minutes..Switch off the flame and transfer to serving dish..
