Channa dal / Kadalai Paruppu | 1/2 cup |
Coconut slices | 4 |
Mustard | 1/2 tsp |
Urad dal | 1/2 tsp |
Curry leaves | 1sprig |
Dry red chilli | 1 or 2 |
Oil | 1 tsp |
salt | as needed |
Method
Take channa dal in a vessel and add required water..Pressure cook it for 2 whistles and in simmer for 5 minutes..Arbi Roast |
