Cabbage...I wanted to add it somehow to our diet...But i can't stand the smell of boiling cabbage...So now a days i'm preparing this chutney...Here we fry the cabbage in little oil...So it's not having that much smell...It goes well with dosa than idlis...I got this recipe from friend dhivya...I tasted this for first time in her house and loved it so much...here's the recipe....
|Red onion||1 small|
|Urad dal||1 tsp|
|Curry leaves||1 sprig|
MethodHeat some oil in a pan and add the sliced onion, red chillies and tamarind...Fry till onion becomes transparent...keep it aside...
