Mutton Liver Fry / Eeral Varuval

Hi all..It's been a while I blogged...We were on a vacation earlier this month and I thought of resuming blogging after that..Sorry for the little long gap...Now I'm back with a very yummy recipe worthy for the gap..It's one of tastiest recipes I have ever eaten and many of our friends also like this recipe...This liver fry can be made as a  dry side dish or as a gravy if you want...Add little more onion and a tomato if you want as gravy...I have tried both ways and both are equally good ..I tried this recipe from here and we all loved it a lot..Do give a try and enjoy..
