Noodles became my favorite during my college days...But my little one is not liking any of its kind like noodles or idiyappam...So I make this rarely now a days...It's a quick fix for our weeknight dinners...Do try and enjoy...
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Measurement |
| Hakka Noodles (cooked) | 2 cups |
| Carrot | 1 medium |
| Green beans | 4 or 5 |
| Garlic | 2 pods |
| Shallots | 3 or 4 |
| Capsicum | 1/2 |
| Green onion | 1 or 2 |
| Tomato paste | 1 cup |
| Olive oil | 2 or 3 tsp |
| dried oregano, thyme and basil (or Italian seasoning) | each 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | as needed |
Method
Boil water and add little salt and olive oil to it...Mix and then add the noodles and cook (as per pack instructions) for required time according to its type...In a saute pan, heat olive oil and add crushed garlic followed by veggies one by one...add bell pepper/ capsicum and white part of green onions last....Cook veggies little bit crunchy...
