This kerala style chicken roast is chef venkatesh bhat's recipe...I'm following this recipe since i saw it ...Every time it came out good and everyone in home likes the flavor and aroma of this chicken roast...The saute of ginger and onion in coconut oil definitely smells divine...I use coconut oil just for two recipes as far...this chicken roast and fish fry(mil style)...Will post that soon...Try this tasty recipe and enjoy...

Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp |
Red chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Egg | 1 |
Besan flour | 1 tsp |
Rice flour | 1 tsp |
Corn flour | 1 tsp |
Curry leaves | 1 sprig |
Oil | for frying |
coconut oil | 1 tblsp |
Salt | as needed |

Dry roast cinnamon, cardamom and cloves slightly and powder them...Take cleaned chicken pieces and add ground powder,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste...
Mix well and then add a egg to it and mix...Then add corn flour,rice flour and besan flour...
Mix well and keep it closed in room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes...Then fry them in oil till golden brown...
In a kadai, heat some coconu toil and add slit green chilli,ginger and sliced onion...Saute till onion become slightly soft...
Add the fried chicken pieces and saute for a minute and switch off...Add chopped curry leaves on top...
