I wanted to make this as a habit of eating greens everyday in our home...and now following this now for a month....My FIL is with us now...He bought me a earthen pot from India...So I'm using it daily to make these greens...Try it and stay healthy...

Wash and take moong dal in a pot and add garlic, shallots, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and pinch of turmeric,,,Let the moong dal get half cooked....Then add the chopped spinach leaves to the pot and mix well....

After everything gets cooked and become soft, remove from heat and and let it cool down...Grind slightly in a mixer...
