I tasted this orange chicken first time in panda express hotel in a mall...We were all tired of shopping, and it tasted divine at that time...I searched for the recipe , but many used orange marmalade and other such things...I found this recipe
here easy to do and all the ingredients i have in hand...So i tried this and it came out nice..It has a sweet and sour taste...and also a little bit fresh taste due to the fresh juices...kids will like this for sure...

Corn starch | 3 tsp |
Maida/All Purpose flour |

Pepper powder | to taste |
Salt | to taste |

Method
Take a saucepan,pour 1 cup of water,add orange juice,lemon juice,vinegar,soy sauce,brown sugar,ginger,garlic,red chilli flakes and orange zest...Bring it to a boil and switch off the flame...let it cool...
In a ziploc bag, add the cleaned chicken pieces and add 1 cup of the sauce prepared....Reserve the remaining sauce..Marinate the chicken in fridge for 2 hours...In another ziploc bag, take 1 cup of flour,salt and pepper powder...
After 2 hrs, drain the chicken from sauce...discard that sauce...Put it in the flour mixture and coat chicken well with flour...Heat oil in a pan,and fry chicken till it become crispy on both sides...
Drain in paper towel...Wipe clean the pan and add the remaining sauce to the pan...
Add the constarch mixed in little water to the sauce and thicken it a bit...Add the chicken pieces and cook in meium flame for 3 minutes...
Cook till sauce thickens...Cook for little time only, other wise chicken will become soggy...
