Chocolate Mousse(without egg)

Chocolate flavor is a thing which kids like in everything...I prepared this chocolate mousse and mango mousse for our guests...All the little guests( kids) liked it a lot....of course adults too...It's a simple and easy recipe....I like milk flavored chocolates than the dark chocolate...So I added milk while melting the semisweet chocolate chips...you can add little brewed coffee as in the recipe I referred here...Do try and enjoy this yummy mousse...

Ingredients

IngredientMeasurement
Semi sweet chocolate chips1 cup
Butter2 tblsp
Milk1 tblsp
Whipping cream1 cup
Vanilla essencefew drops

Method

Prepare a double boiler...Heat water in a vessel in medium flame till bubbles form on bottom...On top of that keep a broad bowl, such that it's bottom won't touch water surface...Take chocolate chips, butter and milk in it ...

Take cold whipping cream  and vanilla essence in a wide vessel and whip it using a hand mixer / stand mixer until soft peaks are formed....Reserve some plain whipped cream for topping...

Melt chocolate in the double boiler...Stir well...Let it cool completely to room temperature...Mix whipped cream with the cooled chocolate by folding in...

Set in individual dishes and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips...Set in fridge for 3 to 4 hours...
