Garlic naan is the most ordered type of naan in restaurants...This is a nice aromatic variation of the plain butter naan...Smell of roasted garlic fills the house while making this naan...I stuffed some garlic and also sprinkle some on top...Do try this yummy naan and fill your house with it's aroma...
Ingredients

All purpose flour/Maida | 1 1/2 cup |
Water | 3/4 cup |
Sugar | 3/4 tblsp |
Salt | a pinch |
Yeast | 2 tsp |
Garlic | 2 or 3 pods |
Ghee/ butter/ olive oil | for brushing |
Method
Take flour,yeast, salt, sugar in a wide bowl....Add yogurt and luke warm water and form a dough...
Close it and let it raise to double the size....Punch down the dough and form equal sized balls...Use flour liberally while seperating and rolling the dough...
Cut garlic into fine pieces,,,Roll out the dough in the shape of tear drop...Rub a cut garlic upon the rolled naan...
Stuff some and Sprinkle some garlic and spray olive oil...Place on foiled tray and broil for 2 minutes,..While broiling place in the top most rack of oven...Take out tray and change sides and again broil for 1 minute...
Brush with butter on top...
