Mango mousse is a very simple recipe using just mangoes and whipped cream...Select creamy mangoes which can be pureed smooth...I saw this eggless recipe
here and tried....Very tasy and delicious with very few ingredients...Do try and enjoy summer...
Ingredients

Whipping Cream | 1/2 cup |

Method
Take cold whipping cream in a wide vessel and whip it using a hand mixer / stand mixer until soft peaks are formed....Reserve some plain whipped cream for topping...
Puree the mangoes into a smooth paste...or use store bought mango puree...I used fesh ones...Add the whipped cream to the puree...Reserve some puree aside for decoration...
The mangoes I used were sweet...So I didn't add any sugar...If needed add 1 tsp sugar....Fold the cream gently with the puree....Don't overmix....The airy texture should be there....Arrange in cups and top with plain whipped cream and a bit of mango puree....
Keep refrigerated at least for 3 or 4 hours or until set...
