My MIL taught me this way of making chicken fry...It's simple and easy and this same recipe can be followed for other things also...soya chunks,cauliflower,brinjal, potato and even bread pieces....Many of u may already know this...I 'm adding this since i consider this blog as my personal collection of items too...

Ginger garlic paste

Method
Prepare a paste out of red chilli powder,yogurt,ginger garlic paste and salt...Check salt at this itself....
Add the cleaned chicken pieces and let it marinate in fridge.....Heat oil in a kadai and fry chicken till it become crisp...
