Lemon Rice


Lemon rice has become my favourite during my pregnancy....While having heavy vomitting for 3 months,one of the few things i was able to eat was this...It's also very easy to prepare...can be done in a jiffy...It gives a fresh feel and the tanginess i needed at that time...Give it a try if u have very less time to prepare ...


Ingredients

IngredientMeasurement
Boiled Rice1cup
Lemon1 big
Turmeric powder1/4 tsp
saltto taste

To Temper

IngredientMeasurement
Mustard1 tsp
Urad dal1 tsp
Channa dal1 tsp
Cashew pieces1 tsp
Red chillies2
Curry leaves1 sprig
Hing/asfoetida1/2 tsp
 Gingely oil1 tsp

Method
Squeeze juice of one lemon and add turmreic powder and salt it...Mix well and set aside...Take gingelly oil in apan and temper with items in to temper table...

Pour the tempered items in lemon juice...Pour some gingely oil in the boiled rice and mix well...

Then add the lemon juice to the rice and mix well until combined well...Don't touch with hand..Use spoon at all time...so that it won't get spoiled...
