This egg curry with onion tomato gravy is vahchef's recipe...I tried it and found it easy to prepare...yet yummy...We all liked it...i think it will help us in busy mornings...Give it a try...sure everyone will like it...

To Temper

Boil eggs and peel them...Put some cuts in them using knife....In a pressure cooker, heat some oil and add finely chopped red onion and tomato...Add the masala powders and give a stir...don't add water...close the pressure cooker and cook for 5 or 6 whistles...It will become as shown in picture...
Heat a sauce pan with oil and temper with items in to temper table...then add the onion tomato paste to it and give it a boil...
Add the slited eggs to the gravy and cook in low flame for 5 minutes...
It's a very quick and easy to do recipe...we can have it with rice as well as tiffin items...
