This is our home style of making white kurma...This is a nice side dish for chappathi...It's easy to do and u can add the veggies u have at hand...I added carrot,potato and beans...We can add cauliflower,green peas,different colour capsicum etc...I didn't add tomatoes in this...If u want you can add at the end and give it a boil...it shouldn't become mushy...will add more colour to the kurma...here's the recipe...

Ginger Garlic paste | 1/2 tsp |

To Temper

To Grind

Coconut slices | 1/4 cup |
green chillies | 2 or 3 |
Cashew pieces | 1 tblsp |
Kasa kasa | 1 tsp |
Method
Heat oil in a small pressure pan and temper with cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf...Add sliced onion and ginger garlic paste and fry till onion turn transparent...
Then add the chopped veggies and fry for a minute..
Make a fine paste out of coconut,cashew,green chillies and kasakasa...Add it to the veggies and mix well...
Add a little water and salt and cook for a whistle...Let the pressure release and open the cooker...
