Banana Brownsugar Sorbet

Got overripe bananas...You shouldn't necessarily make banana bread again...Do little work than making a cake and make a healthy, yummy frozen dessert...Banana Brownsugar Sorbet is a simple to make and a very tasty sorbet...With a hint of cinnamom and cardamom, brown sugar gives a little earthy feel to the sorbet...Enjoy summer with these healthy desserts..

Ingredients

IngredientMeasurement
Ripe bananas3 or 4
Cinnamon powder1/2 tsp
Cardamom powdre1/2 tsp
brown Sugar1/4 cup
Lime juice2 tsp
Water1/4 cup

Method

Prepare simple syrup using equal amount of brown sugar and water...just dissolving sugar is enough...Let the syrup cool...Take  a big mixer jar and put the banana slices inside....Make a smooth paste out of it...

Add cinnamon powder and cardamom powder...Use ripe fruits for better taste and texture...Also we can add less sugar...Take puree in a freezer safe container...

Add lime juice and the cooled brown sugar syrup and mix well...Freeze for 1 hour and take out...

Mix well using a fork...Again freeze...Repeat the same 5 or 6 times...After 6 times, let it freeze overnight or at least 10 hours...Serve on chilled bowls...
