Garlic Chutney

Ingredients

Garlic6/ 7 flakes
Dry red chilli1 or 2
Tamarindsmall piece
saltas needed
To Temper

Mustard1/2 tsp
Urad dal1/2 tsp
Curry leaves1 sprig
Gingely Oil1 tblsp

Method

Grind garlic pods, dry red chilli,salt and tamarind piece together into a fine paste...

Heat gingely oil in a pan and temper with mustard, urad dal and curry leaves..Add the ground chutney to it and cook for 15 to 30 seconds and switch off the flame...Use gingely oil liberally(it's good for health...no need of any guilt)...
